Most things in life that become dysfunctionial can be changed by 'supportive' responses that look @ the reasons for the circumstance coming about and aiming to achieve the original functionality.
Why should it be any different for teachers! All teachers qualified @ some point. For them too become dyfunctional means they have been failed by the system. So rather than the system reject them. Why doesn't it take a look @ itself for a change rather than look for scapegoats. And the GTC was supposed to be created to help !
